You can receive one automated reminder about 24 hours before an eligible appointment and texts communicating approval or decline of a rescheduling request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No advertising texts are included.

Text messages are currently sent in English. Choosing the Spanish consent form does not change the language of SMS messages.

The appointment link lets you confirm, cancel immediately, or request a new date. A request does not change your appointment until your provider approves it. Reply STOP to stop all messages from the BarnPilot Service Pro sending number, including other providers, or HELP for help. To resume after STOP, text START and give fresh permission for each provider you want included. Platform support is available through the Service Pro contact form.
