What is BarnPilot Service Pro?
It is business management software for equestrian service professionals. It organizes clients, their horses, farm locations, appointments, service records, estimates, invoices, and package balances around the work you do.
Does each person need a separate account?
Yes. Additional people use their own account and join the business through an invitation. Paid capacity and team roles control access. A scheduling profile alone does not give someone access to business records.
Is the trial available to everyone?
The 14-day introductory trial is for eligible new subscribers. A card is required, with no subscription charge until the trial ends. Your selected plan then renews monthly unless canceled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Sign in and complete Stripe checkout to start an eligible trial. Signing in alone does not activate a trial.
What if I already have a subscription?
Sign in with your existing Service Pro account and review its subscription status before starting another purchase. Manage an existing App Store or Google Play subscription through the store where it was purchased. Contact support if your account and subscription do not match.
